Meet the Baker

Frustrated with trying to find treats to please her four dogs, Amy Byrd began baking her own treats, testing recipes until she found the perfect one to satisfy all of her beloved pets.  Once she knew her dogs loved the treats, she began to give them to friends and family.  One by one, they called asking for more of her homemade dog treats.  It was then that Dog Days Homemade Barkery was born.

Amy crafts her treats with all natural ingredients and her own secret recipe, baked daily to guarantee freshness.  With the help of her family, much love and laughter is infused into each dog treat, with flavors like pumpkin peanut butter, sweet potato, banana flaxseed and butternut squash.  Grain free and gluten free treats are also available.  Some items are seasonal, so check in at their booth at the farmer’s market often.
