About Us

Frustrated with trying to find treats to please her four dogs, Amy Byrd began baking her own treats, testing recipes until she found the perfect one to satisfy all of her beloved pets. 

Once she knew her dogs loved the treats, she began to give them to friends and family.  Soon, there was a demand for her product and Dog Days Homemade Barkery was created.  With the help of her family, much love and laughter is infused into each dog treat.

Preservative Free Treats

Our pets are family, so we feed them as well as we feed ourselves!  Our treats are preservative free, made with premium ingredients you can actually pronounce – flavors like pumpkin peanut butter, sweet potato, banana flaxseed and butternut squash.  Because we know there are some pups out there waching their pooch, grain free and gluten free treats are also available.  There are even paleo options!
